Due to the unique nature of authenticated luxury consignment, items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery provided the security tag remains attached. We strive to ensure every pre-loved piece meets your expectations while maintaining the integrity of our curated collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all designer dust bags, authenticity cards, and our store security tags are intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our experts verify the item's condition matches its original listing, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
